Back in November 2011, a tender was announced for the best project followed by the construction of the future of the telecentre media group 1 +1. During the open protection of commercial offers, the company Comtel was elected chief system integrator in the process section of the television equipment, as well as named the winner of the tender for the supply of basic infrastructure equipment, server, hardware and equipment of two studio units telecentre. Note that no one of foreign company`s or representatives of foreign system integrator`s had no success in this project. It should also be noted that our, domestic suppliers, such as the 'Mac House' and 'Engineer Service' confirmed to be highly qualified in their products. Protection of proposals took place openly. The winner was determined in the most open and democratic way during live descussion between the systems integrators and the responses to the questions of the customer engineers. It was discussed in the maximum range of issues: from the functional differences of certain equipment in the future prospects of development of individual parts of the infrastructure. It should be noted the extraordinary level of customer involvement in the problems of the future project. The level of its engineers and the level of requirements proved to be extremely high. The terms of reference consisted of only 23 pages of technical text. One only technical text of the specification consists of 23 pages. Besides of the extremly high quality options, that are necessary to ensure, it was proposed to implement a set of architecture, which has not previously been used in Ukraine, lay the foundation for further development of the complex.

Data processing center (DPC)

Both units have a common infrastructure as part of matrix switches, fiber optic transport systems, modules, active signal processing. For the first time in Ukraine television complex core was constructed according to the work requirements in 3G format. Even in Ukraine routers have much bigger, but the complexity has been the requirement to implement cross-redundancy of two routers, as well as the use of hybrid architecture, which provides used embedder, de-embedder 16 mono tracks from / to each audio channel, as well as integrated multi-screen processors. By itself, each router has a double level of reservation main components, but have the opportunity to reserve a part of the functions of the router at the expense of another. This need arises from the need to provide a continuous broadcast of at least 10 television channels. In this architecture, engineering staff, in addition to extreme reliability level it has the ability to conduct ongoing maintenance work, extend or carry out a full migration of any components without the threat of stopping the air. One of the routers, which mainly provide the needs of current production, supports the embedder, de-embedder all audio tracks in any video signal. In addition, incorporates a part which routes the audio channels, as well as the processes up to 32 MADI interfaces. Due to the audio router is carried out on the distribution of sound production units telecentre programs. And this is the main and backup audio mixer in feach ASB, fiber optic transport system, intercom system. At first time, such a requirement seemed excessive. It would be easier to set up modular embedder, de-embedder. But counting the number of such equipment have found that this approach has no future. For example, as the main audio mixers are used mixers production "Studer" and "Lawo", where the number of incoming, outgoing and auxiliary channels measured by the number, much larger 100. In such conditions, the choice of router EQX series proved to be extremely successful. These routers support the work with sound channels introduced in 3G / HD / SD video signal.

Also extremely useful was the modular architecture of the router. Audio Router - is a fully independent part, which is connected with embedder, de-embedder external tires (TDM) signaling. Air block
