24-25 November 2009 grand television filming jubilee concert Mikhail Poplavsky at the Palace of Culture of Ukraine began MTS operation, built by Comtel company for the Kiev University of Culture.
12 triax cameras, 2 separate director's video version, 5 record-posts, special TV equipment, made possible to record completely show, which took place on the stage, and transfer to the viewer all the memorable moments of the concert.

When designing the MTS managed to place all the recording equipment on board the machine. 12 television cameras, 12 tripods, 16 drums with the cable are placed in special compartments for storing and transporting equipment. All this is available through the cargo compartment. Working compartments are used to store equipment. Folding ramp at the rear of the body forms a platform 2.5 x 1.7 m for work on deployment of cable equipment. The entire roof area of ​​a support structure to accommodate the filming equipment. Free space below the floor is divided into cargo niche. The depth of each cell is 0.72 m, height - 0.7 m. For personal to access the MTS working area, entrance doors to the compartments of engineers and directors are equipped with removable ladders. Above the entrance are installed electrically driven stand-alone lamps and protective tents. Each of the three sections of workers has an independent air conditioning and heating.

For internal and external conversations in MTS was build a modern digital communication system of the company Riedel - 7 panels in the workplace, plus the ability to connect 8 external subscribers.
Commissioning such class of MTS has formed a complete cycle of development and manufacture of special purpose vehicles based on their own original ideas.
