Mission: Construction of a television complex Ruh Media House
Result: A full-fledged television complex with an area of 1200 square meters was designed and implemented, featuring a multifunctional studio space with various thematic locations, including a talk show area and a chroma key zone. Currently, UPL TV, the Ukrainian Premier League football channel, also produces its programming in this complex.
The project work included zoning of the entire complex's workspace, designing of technological furniture, and complete working documentation of the technological part of the project.
The television complex was built using the following solutions:
- GrassValley Korona (K-Frame V-series) Production Switcher
- Riedel MediorNet Distribution Matrix
- Riedel Tango Intercom System
- Panasonic AW-UE150K and Panasonic AG-CX350 cameras.
The studio cameras are controlled by a Panasonic AW-RP150 controller. This setup reduced the amount of technical staff required, allowing the camera group to be controlled directly from the studio control room.
The lighting scheme was also developed by Comtel specialists, using LED lighting fixtures from Elation, Prolights, and Nanlux. A total of 150 lighting fixtures were installed in the studio. Light management is handled by ONYX Obsidian.
The studio is equipped with Samsung LED video walls with a pixel pitch of 1.5mm.
Studio equipment also includes Videosolutions camera pedestals and teleprompters, Secced and Sachtler studio tripods, and Videosolutions and GFM cranes.
Staff training was conducted.
